Y Warws is famous for selling a vast range of GELERT products from 2 person tents up to 10 person tents, sleeping systems, rucsacks,clothing and footwear. GELERT is a brand aimed at the family camper and the hill walker, supplying quality technical products at affordable prices.
We also sell more technical outdoor clothing and footwear with brands including : Berghaus, Lowe Alpine,Meindl, Raichle, Brasher and many more to cater for the adventurous walker with a need for high specification outdoor equipment.
Our staff are trained in all product areas to ensure we provide the highest level of customer service. We are constantly undergoing in-store training, and to re inforce this we also receive external training from our Branded suppliers which includes days “ on the hill “ testing products and seeing first hand how they perform.
The whole team at Y WARWS understands the importance of product knowledge as through this a higher level of customer service can be achieved.
