
Situated in one of the most desirable parts of Beddgelert,
No. 1, Old Tanrhiw is an end terrace cottage, parts of which dates back to the mid 1800’s, located just outside the village and a mere two minute walk from the village centre with all its amenities.
It features magnificent views from every window with the Glaslyn river opposite.
A large, fairly secluded patio is to the side which, in fine weather, receives sunshine for most of the day.
This cottage has been owned by the same family as a holiday home since 1959 and has never been made available on the rental market before. Recently double glazed and with refurbished kitchen.
It has two bedrooms and sleeps four comfortably, the main one with a double bed and the other containing two adult sized bunk beds. An additional fold-up bed is available if required.
Bedding is provided for the double bed and bunk beds but guests must supply their own towels and tea towels. There are fitted carpets throughout and it is heated by calor gas fired central heating.
Electrical appliances include microwave, colour TV (freesat), fridge freezer, washing machine, cooker, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom includes W.C., wash handbasin, electric over the bath shower and shaver point.
The comfortably furnished lounge has a colour freesat TV, and electric fire. A front porch is convenient for boots, coats, and so on.

One small, well behaved dog is allowable by arrangement for which a small fee is charged.
