The Snowdonia Society is keen to encourage young people to take part and learn and practise traditional skills, so once again there will be a special ‘youth’ category for those aged 18 or under. The competition also offers classes for Professionals, Semi-Professionals and Amateurs.
This year’s competition will be held as part of Open Farm Sunday at Hafod y Llan farm in a stunning location at the foot of Snowdon. Other activities on the day include sheep shearing, working dog demonstrations and cookery workshops.
