Gwynfa is a fully equipped self catering cottage located on the banks of the river Colwyn with views of Moel Hebog at the rear.
Recently refurbished to a very high standard Gwynfa boasts private parking at the side of the property yet is only a few minutes walk from the village amenities.
The cottage makes an ideal centre for a relaxing or active holiday as its setting provides easy access to paths up Snowdon yet it is only 8 miles from the coast and a mile from Beddgelert forest, you can walk, bike ride, horse ride, climb, canoe, sail, play golf, fish or just relax.
Downstairs is a lounge with comfy seating and a log burning stove with logs provided, there is a 39” flat screen tv with freesat and a dvd player
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven with extractor fan, fridge freezer, washer drier, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is plenty of storage space and a full compliment of crockery, cutlery, pots pans and other kitchen utensils. All cleaning equipment and tea towels are provided
There is a down stairs bathroom with an electric shower, basin and wc.
Stairs from the lounge lead up stairs where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bedroom overlooking the river has a king size bed, the front bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is fitted with bunk beds. All bedrooms have their own wardrobe and drawer space.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The upstairs bathroom has a corner bath a separate electric shower basin and wc.
Outside there is a private patio overlooking the river, a table with six chairs and a BBQ are provided.
The cottage is fitted with night storage heaters and electricity is included in the price.
Pets are very welcome but please note that Gwynfa is strictly non smoking.
We are open all year round and have a usual change over day of Saturday – short breaks are available of 3 or more nights – please enquire for costs.
